The object of the club is to promote interests in more and better gardens, to study the fine art of gardening, to aid in the protection of wildflowers and birds, to further the beauty and development of Manchester, and to meet together for the discussion of these subjects. . . . as well as having lots of fun!

Sept. 21, 2017: Boston Flower Show Award winning designer and judge Michelle Mensinger from Derry, NH, will give a "Fall Flower Arranging" demonstration at the Manchester City Library.
Thursday, September 28, 2017: Meet at Manchester City Library to begin our fall planting. After library, for those who can make it, we continue on to the Gale Home and the former Brown School. Wear comfortable clothing & bring gardening tools and water.
Oct. 19, 2017: Kristy Ellsworth from the Millyard Museum, 200 Bedford St., Manchester will show members how to do a floral painting! The cost is $35 and all materials will be provided and members will leave with an original piece of art! It will take approximately 2 hours to complete your masterpiece.
Checks should be made to: MGC for $35.00.

give a presentation of her photos from her COLORFUL trip to the KEUKENOFF (Amsterdam tulip gardens) at the Manchester City Library.

Wreath Work Days at Diane's Barn. Very important to participate as this is our major fundraiser. Quality and care a must to keep up with our great wreath reputation!
November 30, 2017: 9:30 am. New Horizons Decorating Day: Dress ready to decorate. Also, if possible, bring new tube socks and other warm clothing to donate.

December and June meetings are held at other locations. (No regular meetings in Jan., Feb., July, August.)
